About Sam Seltzer's

Sam Seltzer, the legendary Master of Steak has presided over a reowned family business for over 75 years.

The work ethic Sam learned as a struggling boy, delivering butcher shop packages on streetcars before and after school, beginning each day before sunrise, was the foundation for the family work ethic that still holds true today.

Fortified with years of experience in the meat business and the support of his new bride, Sam opened his first butcher shop in teh turbulent 1920's.

Sam was able to provide a discerning clientele with outstanding value, impeccable service and a lifetime commitment to excellence. Sam, now joined by his two sons (and later by their two sons) went on to open wholesale & retail meat establishments and steakhouses, catering to a carriage trade clientele based around the world.

Today, three generations of Seltzers maintain the family tradition, serving thousands of food lovers every week. So now you can enjoy - Great Steaks! Our family tradition.
