Will I Lose Everything On My Computer?
If there is nothing physically wrong with your hard drive, we will be able to fix or replace your computer without you losing any data! Many other computer repair shops fix computers by wiping the hard drive clean, reinstalling windows from scratch, charging extra to backup and restore your documents and personal files, and require you to reinstall all your apps, set up your email, restore favorites/bookmarks and saved passwords. Freedom Computers specializes in fixing issues while keeping your computer just as it was before it had a problem, saving you time and money.
How long will it take to fix my computer?
Appointments are usually available within a day from when you call, but if it’s a more urgent issue, let us know and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate you. If your computer is dropped off at our office, it is typically ready for pick up in the next day or two.
How much does it cost to fix my computer?
Cost will entirely depend on the job you need done, what is wrong with the computer, the cost of any requested goods or parts, and so on. We provide free estimates based on each particiular job’s needs before we begin work.
