Who We Are
KING OF WINGS AND MORE FOOD TRUCK was founded by award winning food nutritionist and restauranteur Horace Conard. He has robust experience in the food and restaurant line of business for more than 20 years having owned CAPPO’S RESTAURANT, CAPPO’S RESTAURANT inside the PONY, CAPPO’S inside the GOLD CLUB, KING OF WINGS AND MORE Margate FL.
He started serving his seasoning and sauces at CAPPO’S RESTAURANT in Memphis TN he quickly realized he was on to something when customers started asking for bottles to take home. A few business moves later KOWAM SAUCE COMPANY was born.
